These Terms apply to the use of this website and to business communications with 365.partners Inc. Services are provided on a business-to-business basis. Specific scope, deliverables, service levels, timelines and fees are defined in a written agreement, order or statement of work, which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.

Use of the website

  • You may use this website for lawful business purposes.
  • You agree not to attempt unauthorized access or interfere with site operation.
  • Website content is provided for information and does not constitute a binding offer.

Hosting services (365.hosting)

  • Server resources are provided according to the ordered configuration.
  • You are responsible for the content stored and the software installed on your server, and for keeping your own backups unless a backup service is ordered.
  • Prohibited use includes spam, network attacks, malware distribution, unauthorized scanning, infringement of third-party rights, and any illegal activity.
  • We may suspend a service to protect the network or comply with the law, and will notify you where reasonably possible.
  • Report abuse to abuse@365.partners.

Software applications

  • Our applications are licensed, not sold; licence scope and term are set in the applicable licence or order.
  • Reverse engineering, redistribution or sublicensing is not permitted unless expressly agreed in writing.
  • Updates and support are provided as described in the applicable licence or support terms.

Engineering services

  • Service scope and responsibilities are defined in the governing contract or statement of work.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, necessary access, and lawful use of deliverables.
  • Ownership of deliverables is determined by the governing contract.

Fees and payment

Fees, billing periods and payment terms are set out in the applicable order or contract. Recurring services continue until cancelled in accordance with those terms.

Confidentiality

Confidential information may be handled under NDA or contract terms where applicable.

Disclaimer and liability

This website is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in a contract, and our liability is limited as set out in the governing agreement.

Governing law

Unless the governing agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

We may update these Terms as our services change. The date at the top of the page indicates the current version.
