Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-14
This policy explains how 365.partners Inc (“we”, “us”) handles personal data in connection with this website and our services: hosting infrastructure, our software applications, and engineering services. We process personal data on a business-to-business basis.
What we collect
- Contact data you send us — name, company, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
- Account and billing data for customers — company details, billing address, tax identifiers, and service records.
- Service data — server hostnames, IP addresses, product version identifiers, and support ticket history.
- Technical data — server logs generated when you visit this website or use our services, including IP address, request time, user agent, and referring page.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data, and we do not ask for them in support requests.
Why we process it
- To respond to inquiries and provide the services you request
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot our infrastructure and applications
- To perform contracts, invoicing and account administration
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
- To detect and prevent abuse, fraud and security incidents
Customer content on hosted servers
For hosting customers, data stored on your server is your content. We access it only when necessary to deliver support you requested, to maintain service operation and security, or where required by law. You remain responsible for the lawfulness of the data you host and for informing your own users.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Standard web-server logs are kept for security and diagnostics. If we add analytics or functional cookies in the future, this policy will be updated before they are introduced.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as data centers, payment processors, domain registrars and certificate authorities — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service, or where disclosure is required by law or to protect our rights.
International transfers
We are a US company and our infrastructure includes locations in the United States, the Netherlands, and other regions. Personal data may therefore be processed outside your country of residence, with appropriate safeguards applied where required by applicable law.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for: inquiry correspondence for as long as the business relationship is active, contract and billing records for the period required by tax and accounting law, and technical logs for a limited period for security and diagnostics.
Security
We apply least-privilege access, controlled change management and monitoring to the systems that hold personal data. See our security page for practices and for reporting a vulnerability.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive a copy of data you provided. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@365.partners. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top of the page indicates the current version; material changes will be reflected here.
